Sludge tank:

The pump is cooled by water with forced circulation. The heat exchanger with a fan enables heavy work
The lamellas mounted in the pump are made of a special asbestos-free material (EU regulations L 257/1992, 03.25) and are resistant to high temperatures and wear. The condition of the lamellas is checked through an inspection hole in the pump.
The automatic lubrication of the pump is equipped with a special “drip” nozzle. The lubrication circuit includes a pump and an oil tank with an oil level indicator.
4-way valve „outlet – pressure“ and safety check valve.
Unified coupling „for internal flushing„.
CYKLON – safety filter with float valve as protection against flooding of the pump and level control is mounted on the suction line between the sludge tank and the pump. This ensures that no liquid enters the pump.
The safety filter is equipped with a removable stainless steel insert (cartridge) which protects the pump against solid waste.
The ecological separator is able to stop – to catch any leakage of lubricating oil from the pump.
