Special high pressure unit CAK 2 FABOK – fully hooded design
All structure parts, tank and aggregates are installed in an insulated cabinet made of PUR panels. The bodywork is equipped with service entrances on the sides of the structure and a rear opening lid, which also serves to protect the operator from rain. The floor is made of waterproof plywood. The high-pressure circuit is equipped with pneumatic drainage of the HP pump, fittings and high pressure hoses.
Tank:
- stainless steel, event. plastic tank with volume 2 m³
- level check with the hose level indicator
- large-volume filter on the filling line to ensure the cleanliness of the tank, easy operation of the filter during cleaning
- inspection manhole DN 500 at the top of the tank
- bottom filling via coupling type „C „
- top filling through the inspection manhole
- placed on an exchangeble frame with rubber rollers

- BY PASS for non-pressure circulation in winter season
- on the HP hose is possible to easily attach a hand gun for washing inlet shafts, technological equipment, vehicles, etc.
Unit control:
- fixed control panel with manometer, optical and acoustic level signalization is located in the rear part of the structure
- all controls (drum, pump, BYPASS) are located in agreement with the operator to allow easy operation of the structure
